DANI KARAVAN: PRAY FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM (1966, KNESSET WALL)
Production of a printed art guide that revisits Dani Karavan's seminal artwork Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem (1966), a.k.a Knesset Wall, and presents a new point of view on the Israeli modernism and its expression in the public enviornment.
The art guide was launched in a special event held at the assembly hall of Israel’s parliament in the framework of Under the Mountain festival for public art in 2013, under the artistic direction of Omer Kriger. The event included a public talk with Dani Karavan and Englman.
